All sales are final.
Because our products are delivered instantly in digital format, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is completed.

If you have an issue with your download

We’re happy to help with technical problems. Contact us at scaryhushedstories@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase if:

• Your download link didn’t arrive,

• The file is corrupted or won’t open,

• You were charged twice for the same item.

We’ll verify your order and provide a working link or correct any duplicate charges.

Non-returnable items

• All digital downloads (e.g., audio packs, e-books, journals, printables, toolkits) are non-refundable once delivered.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not applicable to digital products.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content delivery begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right to withdraw. By completing checkout and accessing your download, you agree to immediate delivery and waive the cooling-off period.
